Retention Analysislink

On Airbridge Dashboard, go to ‘Statistics’ on the left tab to go to ‘Retention Analysis’ to see retention rate based on configured criteria.

Set Analysis Criterialink

Step 1. Setting Analysis Criterialink

In ‘Set Analysis Criteria’, you can configure from the list of following criteria.

Analysis CriteriaDescriptionConfigurable Value (※: Airbridge basic default setting)
Install PeriodUsers who installed during configured ‘Install Period’
will be the analysis target for retention.
Until date of yesterday
(※As of today, 9 days ago to 8 days ago - for 2 days)
Analysis Period
and Unit
Analysis Period is the period to analyze User retention during ‘Install Period’.
Analysis unit is the segment to the Analysis Period.
Analysis Period: After the configured date on ‘Install Period’ to today
(※As of today, 7 days ago to yesterday)
Unit: ※ Day(1-day), week(7-day), month (10-month)
Reference ValueThis is the Reference Value to the data for retention analysis.
For example, if you configure 'Paid Channel˃Campaign’,
than you will be able to see who your genuine Users are, and driven from
‘Which Paid Channel’s Campaign’.
※Paid Channel, Paid Channel types, ※ Campaign, ※Ad Group,
Ad Creative, Content, Medium, Keyword, Tracking Link,
In-App Event, Day, Time, Platform, Agency Name, User Email
Agency Name, User Email: Can only be configured from a Corporate Account
(Owner, In-house Marketer)

Step 2. Application of changed Analysis Criterialink

Once you have selected your Analysis Criteria, click ‘Submit’ to apply changes.

It may take some time to complete analysis (max. 30 sec).

Setting Filterlink

Retention Analysis results can be viewed with filters. In the Report, the last saved filter will be used as default.

Add New Filterlink

  1. Go to ‘Filter Setting’ to select ‘Search Filter Criteria’
  2. Select from filter criteria list or search for a filter criteria you want to apply (Based on Configurable Filters)
  3. Select Operator (inclusive or exclusive)
  4. Select ‘Submit Filter’ window
  5. Select from filter criteria list or search for a filter criteria you want to apply
  6. Click ‘Add Filter’ button that is activated
  7. After selecting Filter Criteria and filter value, click ‘Submit’ to complete.

    It may take some time to complete analysis (max. 30 sec).

Changing Filterslink

  1. Select ‘Edit (✎)’ icon from saved filter to edit the value, or ‘Delete (✕)' to change filter value
  2. Click ‘Done’ to complete filter change

Save as New Filterlink

  1. After applying filter, click ‘Add (+)’ on the upper right corner of ‘Filter Settings’
  2. Go to ‘Save as New Filter’, and enter new filter name
  3. ‘Save’ to complete

Saved filter can be accessed and used by all accounts from my Corporate Account.

Selecting Saved Filterlink

  1. Go to ‘Filter Settings’ to select ‘Select saved filter (or saved filter name)’
  2. Select item from saved list of filters

  1. While having Saved Filter selected, change saved filter to settings as you want
  2. Select ‘Apply Filter’
  3. Click ‘Save’ which is located on the right to ‘Saved Filter Name’

Cancelling Saved Filterlink

  1. Click ‘Select Saved Filter (or Saved Filter Name)’
  2. Select ‘No Filter’ to complete

If you would like to cancel filter application while having no filter, you can do so by clicking ‘Cancel(↰)’ button.

  1. Click ‘Cancel(↰)’ which is located on the right to ‘Saved Filter (or Saved Filter Name)’
  2. Filter change cancelled

The criteria settings are same as that of the Statistics Report Table Setting.

Enter Graph Modelink

In Graph mode, you can select reference value to compare the change trend.

  1. Click ‘Graph (↗ icon)'
  2. From the ‘Select Reference Value’ on the left, select reference value (you can select up to 10 items)
  3. From graph on right, compare change trend in reference values

Release Selected Reference Valuelink

Selected Reference Value can be re-selected from ‘Select Reference Value’ list. Or you can click ‘Unselect(✕)’ icon to release selection from the selected Reference Value list located on upper right of the graph
