Creating Reportslink

When you register App on Airbridge Dashboard, three types of basic reports are provided: ‘Daily Stats’, ‘Channel Stats’, and ‘In-App Events Stats’. You can adjust values set for these stats reports.

How to Create a New Reportlink

  1. Select ‘Create New Report’ from left tab
  2. Submit ‘Report Name (required)’ and ‘Description’
  3. Created New Report

Newly created Report is generated in the same manner as with criteria of ‘Paid Channel’ and data from Basic Stats Report. After the report is created, you can adjust configuration from table setting and ‘Save’ the settings for use.

Save as a New Reportlink

  1. Select ‘Save as a New Report’ from upper right corner from specific stats report screen
  2. Submit ‘Report Name (required)’ and ‘Description’
  3. Saved as New Report

The filter and table settings from saved Stats Report is same as selected Stats Report.

  1. Select ‘Report Report Name’ or ‘Description’ from specific stats report screen
  2. Submit items to change from ‘Change ‘Report Report Info’
  3. Click ‘Changed ‘Report Report Name’
  4. Stats Report Name and Description changed

Report Criteria and Data Settingslink

From the upper right corner from specific report screen, click ‘Table Settings’ to configure Report Criteria and data, and make changes for sorting order and displayed items per page.

Airbridge offers two types of reports: ‘Basic Report' and 'Report by In-App Events’, and you can configure ‘Report Type’ by clicking ‘Table Settings’. For more details on Report Criteria and description by data items, please refer to Report Data Settings.

Setting Report Criterialink

Airbridge Analytics offers the following Report Criteria. You can add or delete Report Criteria by searching it under ‘Table Type and Report Criteria’ under ‘Table Settings’. Also, you can structure the Report Criteria hierarchy by selecting them and shifting the items.

ChannelThis Channel was configured when you created Tracking Link.
Channel TypeThere are four types of channel, ‘Paid channel’ as configured while creating Tracking Link,
‘Viral channel’ or ‘App Market’ which directly drives to installs, and ‘Other channel’.
CampaignThis Campaign was configured when you created Tracking Link.
ad GroupThis ad Group was configured when you created Tracking Link.
ad CreativeThis ad Creative was configured when you created Tracking Link.
ContentThis Content was configured when you created Tracking Link.
Sub-publisherThis Sub-publisher was configured when you created Tracking Link.
KeywordThis Keyword was configured when you created Tracking Link.
Tracking LinkThis Tracking Link was made from ‘Create Tracking Link’ tab.
In-App EventIn SDK, you can add events of your interest from Users who installed the your App.
When you configure report type as ‘Report by In-App Event’, than you can select a Report
Criteria which combines three values of ‘In-App Event Category’, ‘In-App Event Action’,
and ‘In-App Event Label’. Suppose that you are interested
in ‘In-App Event Categroy_In-App Event Action’, then you can set your Report Criteria
as ‘In-App Event Category’ and ‘In-App Event Action’.
DateValue per day.
TimeValue per hour.
PlatformPlatform is categorized into Android, iOS, and desktop. (If unidentifiable, it is displayed as ‘-’.)
Agency NameThis is Agency Name used for creating Tracking Link and running Campaigns
(Only ‘Corporate Account’ is eligible).
User EmailThis is User Email used for creating Tracking Link and running Campaigns
(Only ‘Corporate Account’ is eligible).

Setting Report Datalink

Airbridge Analytics offers report data sets as follows. You can add or delete Report Criteria by searching it under ‘Table Type and Report Criteria’ under ‘Table Settings’. Also, you can structure the Report Criteria hierarchy by selecting them and shifting the items.

Report Data TypeDescription
Total ImpressionsThis is the total number of ad impressions during selected period.
CTRThis is the percentage of number of clicks over total impressions
during selected period. For channels which disables ad clicks,
tracking is simply not possible. In this case, installs are counted
to the measurement which may sometimes exceed 100%.
Total ClicksThis is the total number of clicks to ads or Tracking Links during
the selected period.
Conversion RateThis is the percentage of installs over total clicks during selected period.
For channels which disables click counts, tracking is simply not available.
In this case, installs are counted to the measurement which
may sometimes exceed 100%.
Total InstallsThis is the total app installs during the selected period.
The app should be launched at least once to be tracked.
First InstallsThis is the number of first installs out of total installs,
and excludes re-installs.
Re-InstallsThis is the number of first installs out of total installs,
and excludes re-installs.
Total OpensThis is the total number of app launches during selected period through
the ad or Tracking Link.
Total Deep Link OpensThis is the number of total Deep Link opens during selected
period through the ad or Tracking Link.
InAppEvent Total Goal AccomplishmentsThis is the total number of goals accomplished during selected period.
InAppEvent First Goal AccomplishmentsThis is the number of the first goal accomplishment from a User
(e.g. first purchase).
InAppEvent Goal Re-AccomplishmentsThis is the number of goal accomplishments from a User, following
the first goal accomplishment (e.g. repurchase).
InAppEvent Total Goal AccomplishmentsThis is the total value of accomplished goals during selected period.
InAppEvent First Goal AccomplishmentsThis is the value of first in-app accomplishments from a User out of
total value of in-app accomplishments.
InAppEvent Goal Re-AccomplishmentsThis is the value of accomplished goals and excludes the value of
the first accomplished goal.

In-App Event Name: This is a combined value of In-App Event Category_In-App Event Action_In-App Event Label.

Filter Settingslink

You can filter your Report by applying filters. The last saved filter will be used as the basic filter to that Report.

Save as New Filterlink

  1. Go to ‘Filter Settings’ and select ‘Search Filter Type’
  2. Select filter type from the list or search for filter of your choice (based on configurable filter type)
  3. Select operator (inclusive or exclusive)
  4. Select ‘Enter Filter’ window
  5. Select filter type from the list or search for filter of your choice, and select filter
  6. Click ‘Add filter’ that is activated
  7. When filter type of your choice and filter value is selected, click ‘Done’ to complete filter application

Changing Filterlink

  1. Select ‘Edit (✎)’ icon from applied filter or ‘Delete (✕)' icon to change filter
  2. Click ‘Done’ to save changes in filter

Save as New Filterlink

  1. After applying filter, select ‘Add Filter (+)' from the upper right from ‘Filter Settings’ item
  2. Enter new filter name from ‘Save as New Filter’
  3. Click ‘Done’ to save changes

Saved filter can be accessed used by all accounts to my company.

  1. Go to ‘Filter Settings’ and click ‘Select Saved Filter (or saved filter name)’
  2. Select item from saved filter list

  1. Select saved filter and change saved filter into filter of your choice
  2. Click ‘Done’
  3. Select ‘Save’ next to ‘Saved Filter Name’

  1. Select ‘Select Saved Filter (or saved filter name)’
  2. Click ‘No filter’ to complete

If you would like to cancel filter application when there is no saved filter, click ‘Cancel Change (↰)’.

Configurable Filter Typelink

Configurable filter type is the same as the Report Criteria from Table Settings.

Changing and Deleting Report Menu Orderlink

From Edit mode of Statistical Report, you can change or delete the menu order.

  1. Click ‘Settings’ from ‘Report’ in the left to enter into Edit mode
  2. Click the menu you want to change and un-click the item at a new order
  3. Click '✔Completed'

Deleting Report Menu Orderlink

  1. Click ‘Settings’ from ‘Statistical Report’ in the left to enter into Edit mode
  2. Click the ‘Delete(✕)’ on the menu you want to delete
  3. Click '✔Completed'

Not all Statistical Reports can be deleted, and there should be at least a single Report.

Reports Resultslink

The data from Report is based on events during Lookback Window. The Dashboard cannot show statistics for events that do not belong to the attribution period or unattributed events to certain channel.
